What information do we collect?
We gather two types of information about users on the platform:

Debates / forums. OEC offers the possibility of creating or commenting forums or public debates (the “forums”), where you can share comments and thoughts. Participation in online training. OEC offers users the opportunity to participate in online training provided by educational partners through our platform. If you wish to participate in a training, you will be asked to register as a user and to provide us with certain information necessary to carry out such training. We can correct or complete your standard postal address information with representation in order to ensure that your shipments are delivered. We do it because we want to make sure that our students receive their certifications in time and form if they are to be sent home.
If you participate in an online training, we may collect certain information that you generate in the teaching process, such as tasks or development work that you send to the coordinators or teachers. We also collect training data, individual questionnaires, exams and surveys. It must not include personally identifiable information or other information of a personal or confidential nature, whether related to you or with another person, in tasks, development work, exams or surveys, except information required to participate or send those tasks, work development, exams or surveys.
Communications with OEC. We may receive personally identifiable information when you send us an email or when you contact us.
Third-party websites We can receive personally identifiable information when you access or log in to another page, such as Facebook, from our website. This may include text and / or images of your personally identifiable information available on those third pages.
Surveys We may receive personally identifiable information when it provides information in response to a survey conducted by us.
Sites of educational partners.
